Paul A. Spies, P.E. Paul graduated from Marquette University. He was the founder of Paul A. Spies & Associates in 1979 after co-founding and growing the premier northern Chicago area civil engineering and land surveying company; Ciorba, Spies, & Gustafson. He retired in 1991 and passed the company on to his son, Tim Spies. |

Timothy J. Spies, P.E. As a Graduate of University of Wisconsin, Madison, Tim took over the company in 1991 and moved the focus of the company to a more residential engineering company than was previously enstated. Lukas T. Spies, MBA Lukas originally started with Spies in 1997 before graduating high school in 1999. He then went to school at Walden University and received his Bachelors in Science. He continued his education at Thunderbird University in Glendale, AZ to receive his Global Masters of Business Administration. He rejoined the company in 2007. |
